About Me

Hello, my name is Lilee, I finished my Psychology degree at Canterbury Christ Church University as of May 2024 where I studied Psychology & Sciences. 

I have obtained a Bachelor Degree of Science with Honours with the route being Psychology. Whilst working towards my degree I have completed additional therapeutic and counselling training courses as well. 

I have A-Levels in Psychology, Criminology and Science, and have diplomas which are in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Couples & Family Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy.

I am very passionate about self-love and how important a good mental health is, so I have an account on instagram called @self.love.is.a.journey where I post my own and other peoples quotes, share what I go through in life, and try to inspire others to love and appreciate themselves more.
